Licensing is a critical component in the regulatory framework and serves a key function in the supervision value chain. It facilitates and provides an entry point for applicants before they are allowed to conduct business as a financial institution. It is therefore essential that licensing systems are not only efficient but also robust.
It is important to note that the principle of proportionality will apply, to ensure that there is no “one-size-fits-all” licensing approach. Instead, the approach and requirements will be proportionate to the risks underlying the businesses activities of different entities.

CLIENTSURE promises to provide the best advice for your short-term insurance, long-term insurance, life insurance and investment needs and will always recommend the best quotation based on a number of factors including premiums, basic excesses, endorsements and exclusions.
CLIENTSURE cannot guarantee that we will beat your current insurance premiums or match current benefits and excesses with the quotes that we provide but will at all time only recommend the best quotations for you.
Quotations are free and there are generally no broker fees built into the quotations which we supply however there is a percentage broker commission built into the policy premiums automatically by the insurer which will be collected by CLIENTSURE.
Quotations are subject to the claims history and financial background of the client and will be verified at the underwriting of a policy. The insurer retains the right to accept or reject any quotations done by CLIENTSURE for the client should the information provided during quotations be found incorrect, falsified or fraudulent.
FSP POLICY
CLIENTSURE (Pty) Ltd, Registration no. 2012/171795/07 is the holder of a category I Financial Services Provider License with FSP number 44496. The license includes the authority to provide financial services with respect to Short Term Insurance (personal lines and commercial lines), Long Term Insurance (personal lines and commercial lines), Life insurance and Investment. Please check our list of Insurers and Investment facilities with which we hold contracts if you wish to obtain more information in this regard. The business has not earned more than 30% commission from any of the insurers within the past 12 months, and also does not hold more than 10% shares in any insurer. From time to time, we may receive an award from a product provider. Please request a copy of our gift register if you wish to obtain more information in this regard.
CLIENTSURE (Pty) Ltd does hold professional indemnity cover. We have a policy on Conflict of Interest which is available on request.
